Jackson – Cockatiel

Jackson is a sweet but shy 4 yr old male cockatiel.  He was an “impulse” purchase for a family member who really didn’t want a pet – as a result he was kept in a guinea pig cage where he remained for pretty much his entire life, the only time he was out was when he escaped.

He spent the last few months in foster care and recently joined our flight with the other tiels.  While hes not 100% friendly, he has come along way in learning to trust humans, we will continue to work with him on this and his diet.

Once hes been vet cleared, he will be able for adoption.
